We provide professional skincare treatments and sell skincare products.
Results from treatments may vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows and late arrivals beyond the 5-minute grace period will be considered a no-show and may be subject to the full-service charge.
Payments can be made online through our secure payment processor or in person via our POS system.
We do not require deposits for appointments.
Refunds for services are permitted only if requested more than 24 hours before the service date.
Refund requests within 24 hours of the service date will not be accepted.
